Description

The Penny is a 1397mm tripod floor lamp built around three slender black iron legs that converge at a central collar, supporting a white linen drum shade 470mm in diameter. The lamp takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately), with the linen fabric diffusing the bulb's light into ambient fill rather than directed task lighting.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and reading corners where soft overhead fill is needed without a fixed ceiling pendant, the Penny's 1.4m height positions the bottom edge of the shade at approximately 930mm above floor level, casting light down onto seating and across adjacent walls. The tripod footprint gives stability on both hard floors and short-pile rugs without requiring wall fixing or weighted bases. The black inline foot switch on the cable allows the lamp to be switched on and off without reaching the bulb socket.
