Description

The Pemberton is a five light semi-flush ceiling light in brass, with five glass shades arranged around a wide brass and metal frame that sits close to the ceiling. It measures 76.5cm across with a 30.5cm projection, giving it real presence overhead while still sitting fairly close to the ceiling. Each of the five arms takes an E14 lamp rated up to 7W, and the brass, metal and glass construction gives it a good weight and a classic finish.

With five lamps and a wide spread, the Pemberton suits larger rooms well, open plan living spaces, bigger bedrooms, dining rooms or a hallway with some height to it. Five points of light spread a good, even glow across a wider area than a single pendant can manage, so it works well as the main ambient light in a room rather than a spot or accent fitting. Its brass finish and traditional shape suit a classic or transitional style of room.

We finish the frame in brass, a brighter, more polished tone than an aged or antique brass, so it works well in rooms with other polished metal fittings and warmer colour schemes. Wipe it over with a dry, soft cloth, and avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the brass or mark the glass shades. It takes five E14 lamps, not included, and warm white LED lamps will keep the glow soft and even.
