Description

The Paola is a 1.7m floor lamp with a silver-painted metal stem that curves into a decorative loop before rising to support a 400mm black fabric shade. A single E27 bulb (sold separately) sits inside the shade, casting diffused ambient light downward and outward through the fabric. Small glass droplets hang from the looped section of the stem, refracting light when the lamp is switched on and adding decorative detail to the frame.

Designed for sitting rooms, reading corners and bedrooms where a floor lamp provides general ambient light without the need for overhead fittings, the Paola works best positioned next to an armchair or sofa where the 1.7m height places the light source at head level when seated. The black fabric shade directs most light downward and to the sides, making it suitable for task reading or creating pools of warm light in larger rooms. The lamp is dimmable when paired with a compatible E27 LED bulb and a trailing-edge dimmer.
