The Panettieri is a solar wall light with a motion sensor, made from plastic, with a black body and a white plastic diffuser across the upper part of its face. Integrated LEDs give 1,600lm at 4000K, a clear neutral light that shows paths, steps and doorways as they really look. It measures 14.5cm long, 17cm high and 3cm deep, so it sits close to the wall, and at 0.53KG it is a light, slim unit. With an IP44 rating it is protected from splashing water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall all year. A separate solar panel on its own bracket, linked to the light by a cable, gathers the daylight that powers it.

We would put it beside a front door, over a garage, along a side passage or by the back step, anywhere you want light the moment someone arrives. The motion sensor covers an angle of 120 degrees and reaches 5m, which suits a doorway, a drive or a short path well.
