Description

The Pallo is a 32cm table lamp pairing an opal glass globe shade with a polished gold capsule base. The shade sits on a slim gold collar above a rounded metal body, and a small gold pull-switch on the side of the base controls the lamp directly without needing an inline switch on the cable. It takes a single E27 bulb up to 30W, sold separately.

This smallest of the three Pallo sizes works on bedside tables, console tables in hallways, and shelf displays where the 14cm shade diameter and 32cm overall height fit without crowding the surface. The 150cm cable gives enough length to reach a floor socket from most bedside positions. The pull-switch on the base means the lamp can be turned on and off without reaching down to a floor outlet.

The base is finished in a high-shine polished gold that picks up reflections from surrounding light, while the opal glass shade diffuses the bulb evenly so no filament hotspot is visible through the glass. The contrast between the warm metallic base and the cool white globe gives the Pallo a graphic, two-tone look that pairs with both contemporary and more traditional interiors. The lamp takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb rated up to 30W. Bulbs are sold separately. A warm-white LED filament bulb between 4-6W and 2700K pairs well with the opal glass shade for a soft bedside glow.

The Pallo is operated by a pull-switch on the base rather than a built-in dimmer. Dimming is possible if used with a dimmable LED bulb on a circuit fitted with a compatible plug-in or wall dimmer.
