Description
Our Overlapping Wave Ribbons 3D wall panels bring slow, rolling movement to a plain wall. Broad ribbons undulate horizontally across the full width of each panel, layered so that each one seems to slip over the next. Between them sit shadowed, lens-shaped scoops staggered left and right down the face. The relief is 40mm deep, so the ribbons stand clearly proud of the wall rather than reading as a faint texture. Each panel is a 50cm square of white PVC, and four panels cover one square metre, which makes working out how many your wall needs a simple sum.
These panels are made for interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops. In a living room or bedroom they make a feature wall behind a sofa or a bed. In a reception area, a hotel corridor or a shop they give a blank wall something for the eye to follow. The pattern changes with the light. When light falls across the wall from one side, from a window or a wall light, the ribbons throw strong shadows into the scoops and their edges catch bright highlights, so the waves seem to shift as the day goes on. In flat, even light the white settles into a quieter, softer ripple.
Each panel is formed from a 0.8mm sheet. Fitting needs no special equipment: spread adhesive on the back of the panel, press it onto the wall, cut panels to fit at the edges and around corners, then fill the joins with filler and wipe them clean. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. PVC is waterproof, so a wipe with a damp cloth is all the cleaning the panels need. For styling, keep the furniture in front simple and let a single side light do the work. A low sideboard or a plain headboard sets the waves off well.

Frequently Asked
What does the Overlapping Wave Ribbons pattern look like?
Broad white ribbons undulate horizontally across the panel, each seeming to overlap the next, with shadowed lens-shaped scoops staggered left and right between them.
How big is each panel and how much wall does it cover?
Each one is a 50 x 50cm square, and four of them cover one square metre, which makes it easy to work out how many your wall needs.
How are the panels fixed to the wall?
Spread adhesive across the back of the panel and press it onto the wall, then fill the joins with filler and wipe them clean. No special equipment is needed.
Do I need to buy anything else to fit them?
Yes. The adhesive for fixing the panels and the filler for the joins are both bought separately from the panels themselves.
Can the panels be cut to fit my wall?
Yes, they can be cut to fit, so a run of panels can be finished neatly where it meets a corner, a ceiling or the edge of the wall.
How do I clean the panels?
A damp cloth is all you need. Wipe the panels down whenever they need freshening up, as PVC is waterproof and easy to look after.
