Description

The Outline is a 6W LED magnetic track light with adjustable colour temperature from 2700K to 6000K, mounted on a black aluminium body that clips onto Exility magnetic track systems. The light head rotates on its axis, allowing the beam to be directed at walls, artwork or architectural features, while a lens ring creates a circular peripheral glow around the main beam.

Designed for residential accent lighting, gallery installations and commercial environments where flexibility is needed, the Outline pairs with Maytoni's Exility magnetic track system to allow repositioning without rewiring. The magnetic attachment means the light can be moved along the track, rotated on its mounting point, and angled to direct light where needed. The adjustable colour temperature allows the same fitting to shift from warm 2700K evening light to cool 6000K task lighting depending on time of day or activity.

The aluminium housing dissipates heat from the 6W LED without needing a visible heatsink, keeping the profile compact at 193mm long by 50mm wide. The light runs on DC 48V supplied by the Exility track system and is dimmable via Bluetooth Mesh protocol, which allows control from compatible apps or wall controllers. The lens creates a soft halo effect around the main beam, reducing hard shadows when highlighting textured surfaces or artwork.

The black finish has a low-sheen powder-coat that pairs with both industrial and contemporary interiors, and the IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry indoor environments. The 5-year warranty covers the LED driver and light engine.

The Outline is designed for Maytoni's Exility magnetic track system and will not fit standard three-circuit or two-circuit track rails. The magnetic attachment allows the light to be repositioned along the track without tools.

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

The colour temperature shifts from 2700K to 6000K via Bluetooth Mesh control using a compatible app or wall controller. The light does not have a physical switch for changing colour temperature.

Can the light head be angled?
