The Ottoman is a ceramic table lamp with a spherical base finished in a crackled bronze metallic glaze, topped with a 460mm brown faux silk empire shade. The ceramic body carries a lightly textured glaze that catches light unevenly across its surface, giving the bronze finish depth and visual movement. The shade is hard-backed for structure and lined with gold card, which reflects warm tones back into the room when the lamp is lit.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and study spaces where a decorative table lamp is needed alongside ambient light, the Ottoman sits on console tables, side tables next to armchairs, or as a bedside lamp on larger nightstands. The 350mm spherical base gives the lamp stability on most flat surfaces without needing a weighted plinth. The 710mm overall height positions the light source at a comfortable level for reading when placed beside seating or a bed.

The crackled glaze on the ceramic base is applied by hand, so the pattern of fine cracks varies between individual lamps depending on how the glaze settled during firing. The brown faux silk shade contrasts with the metallic base and softens the light output from the E27 bulb (sold separately), which can be any standard LED, halogen or filament bulb up to 60W. The gold lining inside the shade adds warmth to the light cast onto nearby walls and ceilings.
