Description

The Orlix is a 50cm flush ceiling light with a white blown glass dome diffuser and three E27 bulb fittings housed inside. The white painted metal frame sits 80-100mm from the ceiling once fitted, making it suitable for rooms with lower ceiling heights where a pendant or semi-flush would hang too far into the space. The glass diffuser spreads light evenly across the room without visible hotspots or glare.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.2-2.6m, the Orlix provides ambient general lighting across 12-18m² depending on bulb choice. The fitting can also be mounted to a wall as an oversized wall light, though most installations use it as a ceiling flush. Three E27 bulbs are needed (sold separately) — most users pair it with warm-white LED bulbs between 8-12W each for a combined output of 24-36W equivalent to 180-270W traditional incandescent.

The blown glass diffuser gives the Orlix a softly organic shape rather than a hard geometric profile, with slight variations in the curvature between individual pieces due to the hand-blown manufacturing process.
