Description
The Oria is a 400mm alabaster cylinder pendant light, formed from a single column of natural Spanish alabaster capped at the top and base in brushed brass. The stone column measures 60mm in diameter with an overall fitting diameter of 65mm, suspended from a slim brass rod and a matching brushed brass canopy. An integrated 10W LED inside the column casts warm 3000K light through the alabaster, using the stone itself as the diffuser.
Suited to dining tables, kitchen islands, stairwell drops and bedside positions, the slim vertical profile sits well where a wider pendant would feel bulky. Hung in pairs or threes above an island or running staircase, the cylinder format gives a column of warm light without dominating the sightline. The narrow 65mm fitting diameter also makes the Oria a practical choice for bedside hanging in place of a table lamp, freeing the surface below.
Each alabaster column shows different veining, amber tonal shifts and clouded formations, and these become more defined once the LED is lit and travels through the varying thickness of the stone. The brushed brass top and base caps frame the column with a clean architectural edge, contrasting the organic character of the alabaster against the precision of the metal. The 400mm column gives the fitting genuine vertical presence while the 60mm stone diameter keeps the silhouette restrained.

Frequently Asked
Is the Oria dimmable?
The integrated LED runs at 10W on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.
Can the Oria be hung in clusters?
Yes. The slim 65mm fitting diameter and tall 400mm column suit clustered installations of two, three or more pendants at staggered drops above kitchen islands, dining tables and stairwells. Each pendant has its own canopy, so a multi-output ceiling rose or junction box is needed when grouping them on a single ceiling point.
Does the alabaster vary between pieces?
Yes. Each column is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, amber tonal shifts and translucency differ between individual pieces. The variations are most visible when the LED is lit and are a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.
How is the alabaster cleaned?
Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
