The Olympia is a modern shaggy rug in our grey and navy colourway, laid out as a bold grid of diamonds. Navy frames hold cream centres, and bands of pale grey run diagonally between them, so the pattern reads clearly from across the room. It is machine made in polyester with a multi-textured pile, so the navy, grey and cream areas each have their own texture underfoot. A metallic effect yarn gives the pile a gentle sheen.

It is made for the living room, where its crisp geometry suits a modern scheme. We sell it in three sizes. The 80 by 150cm rug fits neatly beside an armchair or in a reading corner. The 120 by 170cm size sits well in front of a sofa, and the 160 by 220cm rug is large enough to go under a coffee table with the front feet of the sofa resting on it.
