How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow the bulbs to cool. Wipe each crystal droplet with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the crystal or letting water run onto the chrome frame or electrical components.
