Nyxara LED Small Double Tiered Alabaster Pendant Light - Soft White & Gold

The Nyxara Small is a 180mm diameter double tiered pendant light built around two horizontal discs of natural Spanish alabaster threaded onto a vertically ribbed gold metal core. The core extends above and below the stone discs, capped at the top by a gold sphere that meets the black flex, and rounded off at the base. An integrated 8W 3000K LED is concealed within the structure, casting warm light that grazes the underside of each alabaster disc.

At 250mm tall and 180mm wide, the Nyxara Small suits hallways, ensuites, smaller kitchens and bedside positions where a full-scale pendant would feel oversized. It also works well in clusters of three or five at staggered drops above a kitchen island or stairwell. The black cable can be shortened on installation to set the pendant at the right drop for the ceiling height, and the canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses.

Each alabaster disc shows different mineral veining, tonal variation and translucency depending on the section of stone it was cut from, so no two pendants light up identically. The ribbed gold core adds vertical rhythm against the flat horizontal planes of the stone, giving the fitting a defined architectural profile rather than the softer silhouette of a typical alabaster pendant. Junctions between stone and metal are kept tight, with no visible fixings interrupting the disc surfaces.

Does the pendant come with a bulb?

The Nyxara uses an integrated 8W LED rated at 3000K warm white, so no separate bulb is needed. The LED is built into the fitting and runs on standard UK 230V mains.

What size room does the small Nyxara suit?

At 180mm diameter and 250mm tall, the small Nyxara suits compact spaces such as hallways, ensuites, walk-in wardrobes and bedside positions. For larger rooms or above kitchen islands and dining tables, it works best installed in groups of three or five at staggered drops.

Is the alabaster identical between pieces?

No. Each disc is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining patterns, tonal variation and translucency differ from one pendant to the next. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect, and is most visible when the LED is switched on.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe the discs with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
