Description

The NU-X NML-3DLS Dual Loop Stereo is a self-accompaniment workbench for soloists and guitar or vocal performers who want to build rhythmic layers into full backing tracks. It gives you two completely independent loop tracks, so you can record two separate sections of a song, overdub them and play them back as you like for real song structure. A mic/line input lets you loop vocals alongside the guitar, or acts as one side of a stereo input feeding the stereo outputs.

Alongside the looper you get a drum machine with 40 groups and 640 patterns, with two selectable patterns per memory slot, plus a digital reverb you can apply to the rhythm tracks. An octave effect helps you create bass lines on the fly, while boost and amp simulation shape electric guitar tones. There are 99 phrase memories and up to 13 hours of total recording, with a maximum of 1.5 hours per track, all shown on a 73mm colour LCD.

Connections cover a good range of setups. An external footswitch (US: footswitch) or expression pedal adds hands-free control, and MIDI in and out lets you sync with or select patches on other gear. A USB Type-C port connects to a computer so you can save loops into a DAW or load them back into the pedal. Recording runs at 44.1kHz 32-bit. Power comes from a 9Vdc 500mA pin-negative supply (ACD-006A recommended). The unit measures 184 x 123 x 51mm and weighs 912g, making it a solid foundation for a live solo show or a rhythmic sketchpad for songwriting.
