Description

The NU-X Mighty 60 mkII is a fully featured modelling amplifier with a digital effects section and audio toolbox in a traditional combo format. Its TS/AC-HD algorithm provides 21 high definition amplifier models, giving you access to a whole range of real tube amp sounds without the weight or the outlay. The effects section covers drive models, modulation and delay/reverb types, all of which can be saved alongside amp models in internal memory.

There are 7 user editable presets, each with 3 Pro Scenes, for a total of 21 sounds you can call up from the top panel or a footswitch. The internal 60W power amplifier can be switched to 5W or 0.5W for quieter practice or recording. A 12" (300mm) 4 ohm speaker handles the output, and a 60 second phrase looper with auto tempo drum machine gives you a way to build ideas or back yourself up when playing on your own.

USB connection at the rear turns the amp into a PC or Mac interface for recording and playback, firmware updates and editing sounds in the downloadable Mighty Editor software. The supplied NBT-1 Bluetooth adaptor (dongle) plugs into the rear panel for wireless audio streaming and editing through the free Mighty Amp app on iOS or Android. It runs on 100 to 240Vac and weighs 12.1kg, so it works as a main amp for most performing or recording setups.
