Description

The NU-X NDD-6 Duo Time is a digital delay pedal built around two independent delay engines, each with its own time and repeat settings. That means you can run two different delays at once, whether you want a short slapback under a longer trailing echo or a pair of contrasting rhythmic patterns. Each engine gives you a choice of five delay models: Analog, Tape, Digital, Modulation and a shimmering Verb delay, so you can cover a lot of ground from one box.

Signal routing is flexible. You can work in full stereo, mono-to-stereo or full mono, and there's an option to take a single mono input and split it to separate stereo outputs, each with its own delay settings. Control comes from an on/off footswitch and a tap tempo footswitch. Holding the tap tempo switch also toggles the OLED display, so you can keep the screen dark on stage or bring it up when you need to check your settings. Delay times run up to 1.8 seconds per engine.

There's also a built-in 40 second phrase looper, handy for practice or building parts live. Front panel controls cover Level, Model, Parameter, Time 1 and 2, and Repeat 1 and 2, giving you direct access to both engines without menu diving. The pedal runs on a 9Vdc, 300mA pin-negative external power supply, which is not included; our compatible adaptor is 173.290UK. It measures 115 x 105 x 58mm and weighs 440g, so it sits comfortably on most pedalboards.

Yes. The NDD-6 has two independent delay engines, each with its own time and repeat settings, so you can run two different delays simultaneously.

What delay models are included?

There are five models to choose from: Analog, Tape, Digital, Modulation and a shimmering Verb delay. Each engine can use any of these.

Does it work in stereo?

Yes. It supports full stereo, mono-to-stereo and full mono operation. You can also send a mono input to separate stereo outputs with different delay settings on each.

Is there a looper?

Yes, there's a built-in 40 second phrase looper for practice or building parts on the fly.

Does it come with a power supply?

No. It needs a 9Vdc, 300mA (minimum) pin-negative external supply, sold separately. Our compatible adaptor is 173.290UK.

Each engine offers delay times of up to 1.8 seconds.
