Description

The NU-X NCK-330 is a digital upright piano with an integrated stand, built in a traditionally styled format for the home. Its foundation is an 88-note fully weighted hammer action keyboard using NU-X WKJ-03 keys, with five touch sensitivity settings to choose from. This gives you the feel of an acoustic piano, whether you are learning, practising or playing for pleasure. The upright stand includes three assignable pedals, and the whole instrument spans 7.3 octaves.

Sound comes from a full range stereo speaker set fitted to the underside of the keyboard housing, with three EQ settings and the option to mute for silent playing through headphones. There are 143 internal sounds in total, starting with 15 sampled piano voicings and extending to a wide selection of other instruments and effects. Chorus, reverb and bright effects can be added to shape your tone, and split, layer, transpose and fine tuning functions give you plenty of ways to work. For practice and songwriting, the NCK-330 includes a metronome, 50 accompaniment styles, 100 demo songs and a 5 track recorder.

Connections cover a USB audio interface with MIDI control (USB type B) for recording to a computer, line outputs on 6.3mm jacks, headphone outputs on both 6.3mm and 3.5mm, and a 3.5mm aux input. Audio and MIDI can also be sent wirelessly over Bluetooth using the supplied NBT-1 plug-in module. A multi-function control panel with display keeps everything within reach. The piano runs from the included 12Vdc mains adaptor, measures 1470 x 463 x 405mm and weighs 38kg, so it fits neatly into a home or studio setup.
