The NU-X C-5RC is a rechargeable wireless guitar system built for players who want a simple, cable-free link from instrument to amp or effects. It ships as a matched transmitter and receiver set, each with a 6.3mm jack plug that connects straight into your guitar and amplifier. The two units auto-pair the moment you power them up, so there's no menu diving or manual channel setting before you play.

It runs on the 5.8GHz band, which keeps it clear of the crowded 2.4GHz range used by WiFi and Bluetooth gear. That means less chance of dropouts or interference on stage or at rehearsal. Up to 10 sets can run at the same time in good conditions, and the maximum range is 30m line of sight. Audio is handled at 44.1kHz/24-bit with latency under 5.5ms, a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response and a 110dB signal-to-noise ratio, so your tone stays intact.

Both the transmitter and receiver charge from 5V USB and are supplied in a Power Case that tops them up on the move, giving over 4 hours of playing time per charge. The system works with electric, electro-acoustic and bass guitars as well as ukuleles, and it handles active or passive, piezo or magnetic pickups. Each unit measures 107 x 29 x 21mm and weighs 34g, so it sits neatly on your strap button without pulling on the jack socket. After 10 minutes without audio the units enter sleep mode to save charge.
