Description

The Niseko is a 421mm triangular flush ceiling light with an integrated 38W LED strip running along the inner perimeter of a light brown wood-effect frame. The LED delivers 2500lm output with tuneable colour temperature from 2700K warm white to 5000K cool white, controlled via the included remote. The triangular profile gives 63mm of depth from ceiling to outer edge, with the LED positioned to cast light both downward and as a soft halo along the frame.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, home offices and living spaces where ceiling height is limited or a flush-mounted fitting is needed, the Niseko combines ambient and decorative function. The CCT tuning allows the same fitting to provide warm 2700K light for relaxed evening use and cooler 5000K light for reading or task work. The remote control offers stepless dimming from 0-100%, allowing the light level to be adjusted without wall switches or additional dimmer circuits.

The light brown finish is a printed wood-effect polymer rather than real timber, giving a consistent tone across the triangular frame without the weight or moisture sensitivity of solid wood. The 145° beam angle spreads light across a typical 3-4m bedroom or hallway without hard shadows or hot spots in the centre. The triangular form breaks the circular or square ceiling light convention, providing a distinct visual anchor in rooms with plain white ceilings.

The 1.7kg weight requires a standard UK ceiling rose and supports direct surface mounting without a separate back plate. The remote control uses infrared, so it needs line-of-sight to the fitting and does not work through walls. The LED is non-replaceable but carries a 3-year warranty covering component failure.

What does CCT tuneable mean?

CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) tuneable means the LED can be adjusted between 2700K warm white and 5000K cool white using the remote control. This allows the same fitting to provide warm relaxed light for evening use or cooler bright light for reading and tasks.

Can it be controlled without the remote?

The Niseko requires the remote for dimming and CCT adjustment. It can be switched on and off at the wall switch, but doing so resets the light to the default setting (typically 100% brightness at mid-range colour temperature). The remote is infrared and requires line-of-sight to the fitting.

What room size does it suit?

With 2500lm output and a 145° beam angle, the Niseko provides adequate ambient light for rooms up to approximately 12-15m² (a 3.5m x 4m bedroom or 2.5m x 5m hallway). Larger living rooms may benefit from two fittings or supplementary task lighting.

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The LED is integrated into the frame and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of operation, and the fitting carries a 3-year warranty covering component failure.
