Description

The Niseko S is a 910mm white ceiling fan light combining a DC motor fan with an integrated 70W LED light ring. The LED output is tuneable between 2700K warm white and 5000K daylight white via the included remote control, delivering up to 5000 lumens across a 145° beam angle. Both fan speed and light intensity are adjustable through six fan speeds and full-range dimming.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms and open-plan spaces with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.2m, the Niseko S functions as both a circulation fan for year-round air movement and a primary light source. The DC motor runs quieter than traditional AC ceiling fans and draws less power, while the retractable blade design allows the blades to fold against the body when the fan is off, reducing the visual footprint to a 400mm diameter disc. When running, the blades extend to a 910mm diameter sweep.

The white powder-coated metal body and blades diffuse light evenly across the ceiling and create a clean monochrome presence that suits contemporary, Scandinavian and minimalist interiors. The remote control allows switching between forward (summer downdraft) and reverse (winter updraft) rotation to distribute warm air collected at the ceiling back down into the room. Installation requires a ceiling mounting point capable of supporting 4.4kg and a standard 230V mains connection.

What ceiling height does the Niseko S require?

The fitting projects 305-430mm from the ceiling depending on the drop rod configuration used. It works best in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.2m. In rooms below 2.4m the blades may feel intrusive when extended; above 3.2m the airflow may not reach occupied zones effectively.

How loud is the DC motor?

DC motors run significantly quieter than traditional AC ceiling fan motors, typically below 40dB at medium speed settings. At low speeds the motor is near-silent and suitable for bedrooms.

Can the colour temperature be changed?

Yes. The integrated LED is tuneable between 2700K warm white and 5000K daylight white via the remote control, allowing you to adjust the light tone to suit the time of day or room use.

Do the blades retract when the fan is off?

Yes. When the fan is switched off, the blades fold inward against the body, reducing the diameter from 910mm to 400mm. This gives a cleaner profile when the fan is not in use.
