The Ninette is a 460mm-tall table lamp with a twin-arm antique brass frame that curves into an interlocking loop form beneath an ivory white fabric drum shade. Two E14 bulb fittings sit inside the shade (bulbs sold separately), providing diffused light through the fabric while the brass frame remains visible below as a decorative base element.

Designed for bedside tables, console tables in hallways, and side tables in living rooms, the Ninette provides ambient and task lighting in spaces where a traditional single-bulb lamp would be underpowered. The 340mm-wide shade footprint suits standard bedside cabinets and narrow console surfaces without overhanging, while the 1.7kg weight keeps the lamp stable on most surfaces. The twin E14 fittings allow for flexible wattage pairing depending on whether the lamp is used for reading or purely ambient mood lighting.

The lamp takes two E14 small Edison screw bulbs (also called SES or candle bulbs). Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for ambient bedside or living room lighting.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The lamp itself has no built-in dimming control, so dimming must be controlled via the mains circuit or a trailing-edge dimmer on the lamp's plug lead.

What's the difference between antique brass and polished brass?

Antique brass has a darker, slightly aged patina with visible tonal variation and a lower sheen. Polished brass is brighter, more reflective and closer to a gold tone. The antique finish on the Ninette pairs better with traditional and warm-toned interiors.

Can the shade be removed for cleaning?
