Description
The Nevada is a matt black outdoor wall light built around an open rectangular frame with a clear inner tube housing a single E27 bulb. The frame measures 150mm wide by 240mm tall by 120mm projection, and the clear tube runs vertically through the centre, exposing the chosen bulb as the primary light source. An IP65 rating seals the fitting against dust ingress and water jets from any direction.
Designed for external walls on porches, beside front doors, along garage walls and in covered outdoor seating areas, the Nevada provides downward and outward light distribution depending on the bulb shape chosen. The open frame allows the bulb to be visible from multiple angles, making decorative filament bulbs or vintage-style Edison bulbs effective choices. The 120mm projection keeps the fitting clear of most wall-mounted door furniture and house numbers.
The matt black finish on the aluminium frame absorbs rather than reflects light, reducing glare under evening conditions and pairing cleanly with darker render, brick, stone and timber cladding. The fitting weighs 1.2kg and mounts via a rear backplate with two fixing points suitable for masonry walls. The E27 socket accepts any standard Edison screw bulb up to the manufacturer's maximum wattage (see Specification for exact rating), giving flexibility to choose between warm white LED, cool white LED or decorative filament options.

Frequently Asked
What does the IP65 rating mean?
IP65 means the fitting is fully sealed against dust (the '6') and protected against water jets from any direction (the '5'). It can be installed in fully exposed outdoor positions including under eaves, on open porches, and beside doors where rain and wind-driven water are present.
Does it come with a bulb?
No. The Nevada takes a standard E27 Edison screw bulb (sold separately). Most users pair it with a warm white LED filament bulb between 4-8W or a decorative vintage-style Edison bulb, as the clear tube and open frame make the bulb visible from most angles.
Can it be used on a covered balcony or patio?
Yes. The IP65 rating allows the fitting to be used in covered outdoor areas as well as fully exposed positions. The open frame design works well in both settings, providing light without trapping heat around the bulb.
How is it mounted?
The Nevada mounts via a rear backplate with two fixing points suitable for masonry walls. The 120mm projection means it stands clear of most standard wall-mounted door furniture and house numbers when positioned beside an entrance.
