Description

The Nepal is a 105cm retractable ceiling fan light with an integrated 110W LED ring that casts 7200lm through a frosted diffuser, surrounding a black sculptural hub containing four retractable fan blades. The LED is tuneable from warm 2700K to daylight 5000K via remote, app or voice control, and is fully dimmable across that range. The DC motor retracts the blades flush into the hub when the fan is off, leaving a clean circular silhouette on the ceiling.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and open-plan spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Nepal provides both ambient lighting and variable airflow without the visual clutter of traditional ceiling fans. When the fan is switched on, four blades extend outward from the hub and rotate to push or pull air depending on direction setting. When the fan is switched off, the blades retract automatically, leaving only the black central disc and the LED halo visible. The 245mm overall height from ceiling to base of the hub allows installation in rooms where a standard pendant would sit too low.

The black metal finish on the hub and retractable blade housing contrasts with the white frosted LED ring, giving the fitting a defined two-tone appearance. The DC motor runs quieter than AC equivalents and draws less power, with the entire fitting consuming 110W at full LED brightness and maximum fan speed. Remote control, smartphone app (iOS and Android) and voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant allow adjustment of brightness, colour temperature, fan speed and direction without reaching for a wall switch. The 5-year warranty covers both the LED driver and the DC motor assembly.
