The Nemo XS is a 72cm diameter ceiling fan light combining a matt black motor housing with three wood-finish blades and an integrated 44W LED light source. The LED is tuneable from 2700K warm white to 5000K cool white and dimmable via the supplied remote control, which also governs the fan speed and direction. The light outputs 2800 lumens at full brightness, sufficient for primary lighting in a 12-16m² room.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, the Nemo XS suits bedrooms, home offices, compact living rooms and guest rooms where both cooling airflow and overhead lighting are needed without the visual bulk of a traditional fan-light combination. The 200mm flush-mount profile keeps the motor close to the ceiling, making it practical for rooms where a drop-rod fan would intrude on headroom. The three-blade design moves air quietly at low and medium speeds, with higher speeds generating moderate noise typical of compact DC motor fans.

The matt black finish on the central motor casing provides a dark anchor point against white or light-coloured ceilings, while the wood-finish blades add warmth and contrast. The wood effect is a printed veneer over composite material rather than solid timber, keeping the weight low (2.1kg total) and the balance consistent across all three blades. The remote control allows independent adjustment of light brightness, colour temperature, fan speed (typically 3-6 settings) and reversible direction, so the fan can be set to push air downward in summer or pull it upward in winter.

Can the fan direction be reversed for winter use?

Yes. The remote control includes a reverse function, allowing the fan to be set to pull air upward in winter to circulate warm air that gathers at ceiling height, or push air downward in summer for direct cooling.

What room size does the 72cm diameter suit?

A 72cm fan diameter is recommended for rooms between 10-16m² (roughly 3m x 4m to 4m x 4m). In larger rooms the airflow coverage may feel limited; in smaller rooms the fan can feel visually dominant.

Is the integrated LED replaceable?

No. The LED is integrated into the motor housing and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of use (around 10-15 years at typical residential usage), and comes with a 5-year warranty covering the LED and motor.

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

The remote control includes a CCT button that cycles through the tuneable white range from 2700K (warm) to 5000K (cool). The selected colour temperature is retained when the fan light is switched off and on again via mains power.
