The Nemo S is a 97cm ceiling fan light combining a cylindrical white motor body with three curved wood-finish blades and an integrated 54W LED module that tunes between 2700K warm white and 5000K cool daylight. What ceiling height is needed?

The fan has a 250mm drop from ceiling to blade base. For safe clearance in living areas the blades should sit at least 2.1m above floor level, which means the Nemo S suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher. Lower ceilings can accommodate the fan but may require checking local building regulations for minimum clearances.

Can the fan run in reverse for winter heating?

Yes. The remote control includes a reverse function that switches the blade rotation direction. Anticlockwise rotation pulls air upwards for cooling in summer; clockwise rotation pushes warm air down from the ceiling in winter, helping to distribute heat more evenly across the room.

Are the blades real wood?

No. The blades are ABS plastic with a wood-grain finish applied. This keeps the weight down to 3kg for easier installation and avoids the warping and maintenance issues that can affect real timber fan blades in humid or temperature-variable environments.
