The Nelbenne is a round, slim LED downlight in white, 24cm across and just 4.5cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging down into the room. The body is plastic and steel, finished in white, with a flat white plastic diffuser framed by a narrow stepped rim. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and it draws 12.5W to give 1,350 lumens at 4000K, a clear, neutral light. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms.

That shallow profile makes it a good choice for hallways, landings, bedrooms, studies and living rooms, and especially for rooms with lower ceilings, where a hanging pendant would crowd the space.
