Description

The Natura is a 2-light flush ceiling or wall light built around an organic leaf-shaped opal white glass shade mounted on a polished chrome backplate. The shade measures 832mm wide by 297mm high, with a curved, asymmetric form that tapers at one end and rises at the other, giving the piece a sculptural profile when viewed from the side. Two E27 bulb fittings inside the shade cast light through the opal glass, which diffuses it evenly across the curved surface.

Designed for installation on either ceilings or walls, the Natura suits modern living rooms with low ceilings where pendant lights would hang too far into the room, and feature walls in hallways or bedrooms. The chrome backplate fits standard UK ceiling roses or wall-mounted backboxes, and the 297mm projection from the mounting surface means the fitting sits closer to the wall than many traditional wall lights.

The opal white glass is translucent rather than transparent, hiding the bulbs and internal wiring while allowing warm light to pass through. The polished chrome finish on the backplate provides a high-shine metallic accent that reflects ambient light and works with both warm-toned interiors and cooler greys. The fitting takes two E27 (Edison screw) bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for ambient lighting. The opal glass diffuses the light evenly regardless of bulb style.

Yes. The Natura is designed for both ceiling and wall mounting. On a ceiling it acts as a flush light for rooms with lower ceiling heights. On a wall it works as a feature light or ambient wash light in hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Yes, when paired with dimmable E27 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself has no electronic components that would prevent dimming, so dimmer compatibility depends entirely on the bulbs chosen.

What fixing is needed for the 4kg weight?

At 4kg total weight, the Natura requires fixing into ceiling joists or solid wall with appropriate wall plugs and screws. Plasterboard alone will not support the weight safely. Use a joist finder or mount onto masonry or brick.
