Description

The Nami garden armchair frame is a low, deep lounge seat in two materials: an extruded aluminium frame with a polyester powder coating, and polished iroko slats with rounded edges forming the seat and back. The slatted base rests on slim legs. It is 96cm wide, 96cm deep and 76cm high, with a seat height of 42cm and, with one armrest or both, an arm height of 53cm: a square seat for lounging rather than perching. Its seat and back cushions are not included and are sold separately as the Nami Garden Armchair Cushion Set.

Made for outdoor use and resistant to weathering and sunlight, it is at home on a terrace, a patio, garden decking or beside a pool, on its own or as a pair. We offer it in fifteen powder-coated frame colours, among them Textured White, Textured Ivory and Stone. There are four armrest choices, among them No armrests, Right armrest and Both armrests; one armrest or none suits a tight corner or seats placed side by side.

The design is by Francesc Rifé Studio, and every frame is made to order in Barcelona, Spain. It carries the maker's guarantee of five years for domestic use and two years for commercial use against manufacturing defects; cushions, covers and fabrics are not covered. Wash the aluminium frame regularly with warm water, a neutral soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then rinse it well and dry it to avoid water marks. The iroko slats are polished and treated to protect the wood; with humidity and sudden changes of temperature they may change colour or develop small cracks, and over time they turn silver-grey. To look after the wood, the maker recommends a waterproof sealant twice a year.
