Description

The Mushroom Pleated Gold Chiffon Candle Shade is a 155mm base diameter clip-on shade with vertical pleating across a gold chiffon fabric. The shade measures 143mm in height and tapers from a 155mm base to a 94mm top opening, creating a mushroom-style silhouette that sits around a candle bulb. A spring clip inside the top rim grips the bulb securely.

Designed for chandeliers, wall sconces and table lamps using exposed candle bulbs (E14 or SES fittings), the shade softens direct bulb glare and casts a warm diffused glow through the pleated fabric. The clip-on fitting allows the shade to be added or removed without re-wiring, making it a practical way to update the appearance of existing light fittings. The clip-on fitting grips candle bulbs with E14 (SES) or similar small screw base fittings. The 94mm top opening accommodates most standard candle bulb shapes up to approximately 35mm diameter at the widest point.

Yes. The chiffon fabric tolerates the low heat output of LED candle bulbs. Avoid use with halogen candle bulbs above 40W as the higher heat can discolour fabric shades over time.

Remove the shade from the bulb and dust gently with a soft brush or microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, avoiding saturation of the fabric. Do not machine wash or submerge.
