Description

Mr Fox is a modern rug with plenty of character. Three tall, stylised terracotta foxes stand in profile on a soft pink ground, each balanced on a fine white line, the middle one facing the other way. A wavy terracotta border frames the design and gives it a playful, illustrated feel that sits happily with Scandinavian interiors. It is made from 100% polyester and digitally printed, which keeps the outlines clean, and the surface has a gentle, chalky texture.

We think the Pink / Terra colourway brings real warmth to a hallway or living room. The 61 by 230cm runner follows the length of a hall or landing, and the 76 by 150cm size suits a spot inside the front door or beside a bed. The 120 by 170cm and 152 by 230cm rugs sit well in front of a sofa, while the 185 by 290cm size is large enough to ground a whole seating area or lie under a double bed.

Because the rug is washable, spills and muddy footprints are much less of a worry, which makes it a practical choice for a busy hallway or a family living room. It also contains recycled materials, so it suits anyone who would like some recycled content in what they bring home. On smooth floors, an underlay helps it stay put. Our tip: measure your space before choosing a size, and leave a margin of floor around the wavy border.
