Description

The Morne is a 450mm linear LED bathroom wall light with an integrated 12W 4000K LED housed in a matt black aluminium frame. The LED strip runs the full length of the fitting, delivering 1080 lumens across a 120° beam angle that spreads light evenly across a mirror surface or vanity area without creating hard shadows on the face.

Designed for bathroom mirror mounting, the Morne sits 60mm proud of the wall and works best mounted horizontally above mirrors between 400-800mm wide, positioned 1800-2100mm from floor level to keep the light source just above or at eye line. The IP44 rating protects the internals from bathroom moisture and splash zones, making it suitable for installation within 600mm of a basin or shower enclosure but outside direct spray.

The 4000K colour temperature produces a cool white light closer to daylight than warm white alternatives, which renders skin tones and makeup colours more accurately during grooming tasks. The matt black finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, reducing glare when the fitting is viewed directly. At 0.44kg the light mounts to standard UK bathroom wall constructions using the supplied fixings, with the mains cable entry concealed behind the mounting plate.
