Description

The Morne is a 750mm linear LED bathroom mirror light with an integrated 20W 4000K LED strip housed in a polished chrome body. The fitting projects 60mm from the wall and delivers 1800 lumens of cool white light across a 120° beam angle, casting even illumination across mirror surfaces for grooming and makeup application.

Designed for bathroom installation, the Morne carries an IP44 rating that allows safe use in bathroom zones 2 and 3, above and around the sink, and on walls outside the immediate shower enclosure. The 750mm length suits medium to large bathroom mirrors, typically spanning 600-900mm in width. The fitting mounts directly to the wall with a concealed backplate and wiring runs through the wall cavity to a mains junction box.

The polished chrome finish reflects light and pairs with chrome taps, towel rails and shower fittings common in contemporary bathrooms. The linear profile sits 140mm tall and keeps the LED strip close to the wall, minimising shadow cast by the fitting itself. At 0.51kg the light is straightforward to mount on plasterboard or tile-backed walls using appropriate fixings. The IP44 rating allows installation in bathroom zones 2 and 3, above and around sinks, and on walls outside the immediate shower enclosure. It is not rated for zone 0 or 1 (inside the shower cubicle or directly above the bath).

What size mirror does the 750mm length suit?

The 750mm fitting typically suits mirrors between 600mm and 900mm wide. For mirrors wider than 900mm, consider pairing two Morne fittings mounted symmetrically either side of the mirror, or choosing a longer bathroom light from the range.

How is it mounted?
