Description

The Mogano is a ceiling fan with light, built as one low, rounded fitting. A cage of curved steel slats in a textured black finish wraps three clear blades, and a ring of integrated LED light runs around the lower rim, so the fan and the light share a single neat drum close to the ceiling. It stands 22.5cm high and measures 42.8cm in diameter. The LEDs give 3,600lm, a bright output that lets it serve as the main light in the room, and the colour temperature adjusts from 2700 to 6500K, from warm white through to cool daylight white. The IP rating is IPX0, meaning no protection against water, so this fitting belongs indoors in dry rooms.

Because it sits close to the ceiling instead of hanging from a long rod, it suits rooms where headroom matters: a bedroom, a home office, a living room or a dining room. You get moving air on warm days and a full room light from one ceiling point, with no second fitting competing for space. Setting the light warm in the evening and cooler for working or reading makes it a good choice for rooms that do several jobs through the day. The black slats read as a bold, open pattern against a pale ceiling and sit happily in industrial, rustic and modern schemes alike.

The body is steel and the shade is plastic, finished in textured black. It runs from the mains at 220-230V, 50/60Hz, carries energy class D, and weighs 1.71KG. As a wired-in mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician. Day to day, a soft, dry cloth run over the slats and the clear blades keeps them free of dust. When you choose the spot, allow for the full 42.8cm span so the fitting sits clear of walls and cupboard doors.
