Description
Our Mixed-Direction Ribs 3D wall panels set three fields of narrow straight ribs against one another on one panel. On the left the ribs run vertically; across a large upper-right field, set off by a raised line from the top-left corner, they run on the diagonal; in the lower right they run horizontally. The fields meet just below and right of centre, and from there to the bottom edge the vertical and horizontal ribs turn into one another in nested right-angle corners. The rounded ribs stand in a relief 8mm deep, enough for crisp shadow lines. Each panel is white PVC, a 50cm square.
These panels are made for interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops, and they make a fine feature wall. Fitted side by side, they repeat the layout across the wall, so the changes of direction build a steady rhythm. As light falls across the ribs, each field throws its shadows at its own angle, and the wall shifts as daylight moves round or a lamp is switched on. Side light brings the pattern out most clearly; flat, even light keeps it quiet. The geometric lines sit well in a calm modern room, behind a reception desk or along a hotel corridor.
Each panel is formed from a 0.8mm PVC sheet. To fit one, spread adhesive on its back and press it onto the wall; no special equipment is needed. The panels can be cut to fit, and the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. PVC is waterproof and low maintenance: a damp cloth wipes the ribs clean. Four panels cover one square metre, which makes working out how many a wall needs simple. For styling, pair the ribs with natural wood and soft, plain textiles.

Frequently Asked
What does the Mixed-Direction Ribs pattern look like?
Narrow straight ribs run vertically on the left, diagonally across a large upper-right field and horizontally in the lower right, meeting in nested right-angle corners below centre.
How big is each panel and how many will I need?
Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square, so measure your wall in square metres and allow four panels for every square metre.
How are these 3D wall panels fixed to the wall?
You spread adhesive on the back of each panel and press it onto the wall. No special equipment is needed, and the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean.
Do I need to buy anything else to fit them?
Yes. The adhesive that fixes the panels and the filler for the joins are both bought on their own, so have them ready before you start fitting.
Can the panels be cut to fit my wall?
Yes, the panels can be cut to fit, so you can finish a run neatly where the wall meets a corner, a ceiling or a skirting board.
How do I clean the panels?
The PVC is waterproof and low maintenance, so a wipe with a damp cloth is all the ribs need to stay clean.
