Description
The Minimal is a 32cm white table lamp built around a geometric open-frame structure with an integrated 5W LED strip running down the inner edge of the frame. The LED casts 375 lumens of 3000K warm white light in a 120° beam, directed downward from the top of the frame towards the base. The frame itself is powder-coated steel in matt white, forming an angular trapezoid profile that sits on a weighted 130mm square base.
Designed for desks, bedside tables and side tables where task or accent lighting is needed without a large physical footprint, the lamp measures 130mm wide by 320mm tall and weighs just 0.5kg. The open-frame construction keeps the visual mass low, so the lamp can sit on a narrow shelf or a crowded desk without dominating the surface. The downward light suits reading, keyboard work, or providing localized illumination in a corner without lighting the whole room.
The LED strip is non-replaceable and non-dimmable, wired directly to a UK mains plug. The 5W power draw delivers approximately 75 lumens per watt, which is typical efficiency for this class of integrated LED fitting. The 3000K colour temperature sits in the warm white range, closer to incandescent tone than the cooler daylight LEDs common in office environments. The matt white powder coat has a low-sheen finish that softens under ambient light and pairs with white, grey and pale timber interiors.

Frequently Asked
Is the Minimal dimmable?
No. The integrated LED is hard-wired at 5W output and does not support dimmer switches or dimming controls.
Can the LED strip be replaced?
No. The LED is integrated into the frame and is not user-replaceable. The lamp carries a 3-year warranty covering LED failure within normal use.
How bright is 375 lumens?
375 lumens is roughly equivalent to a 40W incandescent bulb or a 6W LED bulb. It provides enough light for reading at close range or for accent lighting on a desk, but is not bright enough to be the sole light source in a room.
What surface does it need?
The 130mm square base is stable on flat surfaces including desks, bedside tables, shelves and windowsills. The lamp weighs 0.5kg, so it will not tip easily on carpeted surfaces or slight inclines.
