Description

The Meridian is a single-arm wall light built around a 13mm-thick faceted glass shade mounted on a polished chrome backplate and arm. The glass is cut with angular facets that catch and refract light from the included 3W LED G9 bulb, providing both direct illumination and decorative reflection. The polished chrome finish gives a mirror-like surface that reflects surrounding colours and light.

Rated IP44, the Meridian is safe for use in bathroom zones 2 and 3, where it might encounter splashes but not direct jets of water. This makes it suitable for positioning above bathroom mirrors, flanking vanity units, or in en-suite shower rooms away from the spray zone. The 165mm projection from the wall and 203mm height give enough presence for the fitting to be noticed without dominating a typical 2.4m-high bathroom wall.

The included 3W LED G9 bulb produces 3000K warm white light, comparable in tone to traditional halogen but with significantly lower energy consumption. The faceted glass diffuses this into a soft ambient glow rather than a harsh spotlight effect. The fitting mounts to a standard UK back box with two fixing screws concealed behind the backplate, and the glass shade is removable for bulb replacement.
