Description

This retractable craft knife from Mercury is a practical tool for everyday jobs around the home. The ABS plastic handle houses a hardened steel blade that slides out and locks in place using the thumb lock, so you can set the cutting length you need and keep it there while you work. When you're finished, the blade retracts fully back into the handle for safer storage.

The blade features snap-off sections, so once an edge starts to dull you simply break off the used tip to bring the knife back to a sharp edge. This keeps the tool working well without needing to replace the whole blade every time. A spare blade is included, giving you plenty of use before you need to buy a refill.

It handles common materials such as paper, card and shrink wrap with a clean, precise cut, making it well suited to craft work, packaging and general household tasks.
