Description

The Meca is a 1600mm linear LED suspension light with a 28mm-wide matt white bar housing an integrated 35W LED strip that delivers 2850 lumens of 4000K cool white light. The slender profile and diffused output create a continuous light line above kitchen islands, dining tables, reception desks and open-plan workspaces where consistent task illumination is needed without visual bulk.

Suspended on two adjustable steel cables from a 115mm rectangular canopy, the Meca hangs between 60mm minimum and 2060mm maximum drop, allowing installation across a range of ceiling heights. The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral white that supports concentration and detail work in home offices, commercial kitchens and retail environments. The 36° beam angle directs most of the light downward onto the work surface while the frosted diffuser prevents glare and hotspots along the length of the bar.

The matt white finish integrates cleanly with white or light-toned ceilings, allowing the light bar to read as part of the architectural line rather than a separate object. At 1.5kg, the Meca requires only standard ceiling fixings and the canopy conceals the driver and wiring connections. The non-dimmable LED is rated at 35W on 220-240V mains and carries a 3-year warranty from Mantra.
