Description

The Marquette is a 6 light chandelier combining scrolled ironwork in Heirloom bronze with antique gold accent detailing and multi-faceted crystal drops suspended on fine chains. Six E14 candle bulbs (sold separately) sit within the central lantern cage, surrounded by four outer scrollwork arms that curve upward and outward, each terminating in a decorative volute with crystal drop accents. The 521mm diameter and 1054mm body height suit double-height entrance halls, dining rooms with ceiling heights above 2.7m, and formal living spaces.

The chandelier's drop is adjustable on installation from 1144mm minimum to 3582mm maximum via a 2438mm chain, allowing the fitting to be positioned 750-900mm above a dining table or hung lower in taller spaces to fill vertical volume. The bronze finish is applied to wrought iron scrollwork hand-formed into repeating S-curves and fleur-de-lis motifs, with the antique gold highlights hand-applied to raised details on the canopy, central column and scroll terminals. The crystal drops are precision-cut with multiple facets that refract light when the bulbs are lit.

The Heirloom bronze finish has a warm, aged patina that pairs with traditional oak, walnut and mahogany furniture, dark-toned tile floors, and both cream and deeper jewel-tone wall colours. The combination of dark bronze and bright crystal creates contrast without relying on polished chrome or nickel finishes, making the Marquette a centrepiece in period-inspired or classically-proportioned rooms.
