The Marghera is a round LED flush ceiling light in white, shaped as a low drum that sits close to the ceiling. It measures 45cm across and 13.5cm high, with a body of steel and plastic. A recessed diffuser spreads the light from an integrated 25.5W LED, which gives 3,000lm at a colour temperature of 3000K, a warm light that suits living spaces. It is rated IP20, and that settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms, well away from water.

Because it sits flush rather than hanging, we find it suits rooms where a pendant would crowd the space: a living room, a bedroom, a dining room or a hallway with a modest ceiling height. At 45cm across, it makes a generous circle of light over a sofa, a table or a bed, and 3,000lm is a bright output for a single ceiling light.
