Description

This pendant light pairs a cylindrical white marble body with a frosted glass drum shade and polished gold accents at the canopy stem and bulb cup. The 18cm diameter shade sits below the marble section, with an exposed E27 lampholder finished in gold visible through the open base. A 150cm black fabric cable runs from a polished gold stem above the marble, giving adjustable hanging height on installation.

The pendant suits dining tables, kitchen islands, breakfast bars and hallways where a single decorative light source is needed at eye level or just above. The compact 18cm diameter and 10.8cm shade height keep the fitting visually contained, so it works in pairs or threes over a longer kitchen island as well as solo over a small round dining table. The 150cm cable allows the pendant to hang 700-800mm above a worktop in rooms with standard 2.4m ceilings.

The marble section is cut from natural stone, so the grey veining pattern varies between individual pieces and no two pendants look identical. The frosted glass drum diffuses the E27 bulb evenly, softening the light output and reducing glare when the pendant hangs at sightline height. The polished gold metalwork picks up reflections from the bulb and adds a warmer counterpoint to the cool tones of the white marble.

The pendant takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. The exposed lampholder and frosted glass drum suit a decorative E27 GLS filament bulb in warm white (2200K-2700K) for a softly lit, ambient effect.

Does the marble vary between pieces?

Yes. The cylindrical body is cut from natural marble, so the grey veining and tonal variation differ between individual pendants. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect, and means every pendant is visually unique.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

The pendant has a 150cm cable, which can be shortened on installation to set the hanging height. Over a dining table or kitchen island the pendant typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards.

How is the marble cleaned?

Wipe the marble with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or acidic cleaners, as marble is porous and can stain.
