Description

This is the part that keeps a Magneto run reading as one continuous line. It measures 28cm end to end on a slim 20mm square profile, black all over, so it sits in with the track rather than announcing itself. It works with all types of Magneto track, shallow surface, deep surface and recessed, which means one part covers whichever profile a scheme has been built around. Being non-electrical, it makes no light of its own; that job stays with the heads and pendants carried on the run.

We use it where a track layout has to cross a gap, step around an obstruction or link two runs that cannot quite meet, and it is one we reach for on kitchen islands and long galleried hallways where the lighting is planned as a single sweep. Shops, studios and home offices take it for the same reason. If you are putting a system together piece by piece rather than buying a fixed bar of spotlights, this is one of the small parts that makes the whole layout behave.

The body is slim and low in profile, with the black finish carried right across the range so joints, caps and track all read as one. To clean it, isolate the circuit and run a dry cloth along the profile; nothing abrasive and no solvents, both of which will dull the finish. It carries a three year warranty. Alongside it we stock straight track lengths in shallow, deep and recessed profiles, right angle and wall to wall corner joints, deep end caps and a push switch dimmable controller, all in the same black. The system is meant to be added to later, so a run can grow as the room changes.
