Description

The corner piece in our Magneto track range: a shallow black unit with a diffused face that lights the angle where a run turns. It gives a broad, soft wash rather than a beam, drawing 16W from its built in LED at a warm white 3000K. It is triac dimmable, so it works with a compatible wall dimmer or the push switch controller made for the system, which we keep in stock alongside it.

Corners are where most track schemes go dark, and this fills them. On a kitchen run that follows two walls it keeps the worktop lit right into the return; in a hallway or on a stairwell landing it stops the angle reading as a shadow. It suits anyone building a whole scheme from sections rather than hanging single fittings, and it is one we reach for in galleries and home offices where glare from a spot would be unwelcome. The light is low in tone, easy on the eye, and pulls down well for evenings.

The housing is black throughout, with a wide diffused face and a slim profile that keeps it tight to the line of the track. Dust settles on that face and dulls the output, so give it a wipe with a dry cloth every so often once the power is off. The LED and its driver are built in, so there is nothing to swap out, and it carries a three year warranty. Keep it to dry rooms indoors, away from bathrooms and anywhere it might be splashed. Black surface, pendant and recessed track, L-joints turning in and out, and end caps all sit in the same range, so the corner reads as part of one continuous line rather than an addition. A triac dimmer is not included.
