Description

Our LYYT Smart RGB Tape Controllers give you a simple way to run RGB LED tape (LED strip) without any fuss. They are compact, so they fit neatly behind furniture or along the back of a shelf, and they come with a remote control that works from up to 30 metres away. Whether you want steady colour or something more active, these controllers keep the setup straightforward.

Each controller comes loaded with pre programmed lighting modes, including chase, flow, trail and multicolour, so you can pick a look and let it run. You can adjust speed, brightness and colour to suit the room and the mood, and save up to two scenes for quick recall. That means the settings you use most are always a button press away, without having to start from scratch each time.

We offer these controllers in two versions, so you can choose the one that fits how you like to work. The standalone version uses the supplied 26 button remote for full control. The WiFi and Tuya version adds app control through the Tuya App, letting you build your own lighting displays from an array of templates and patterns. Both handle a voltage range of 5 to 24V with a maximum current of 8A, covering most common RGB tape installations.

What is the difference between the two versions?

The standalone version is controlled by the supplied 26 button remote. The WiFi and Tuya version adds app control through the Tuya App, so you can create your own displays from templates and patterns as well as using the remote.

What voltage LED tape does it support?

It works with RGB tape running from 5 to 24V, with a maximum current of 8A. This covers most common RGB LED tape used in home and display setups.

How far does the remote work?

The included remote control has a range of up to 30 metres, so you can adjust your lighting from across a room without needing to be close to the controller.

Can I save my settings?

Yes. You can save up to two scenes for quick recall, so the lighting looks you use most often are ready with a single button press.
