Description

These end caps and silicone seals are made for our 4x8mm Side Bend LED tape. They come in a pack of five and give you the parts needed to close off a cut length of tape neatly and securely. Use them together to keep the tape properly sealed at each end.

Sealing the ends matters because it holds the tape's IP66 rating, which protects against dust and water ingress. Combine the end caps with the silicone seals to close any open edge after you have trimmed the tape to length. This keeps moisture out and helps the run last in the spots where damp or splashing is a factor.

The kit is a simple replacement or top-up when you are installing or repairing Side Bend runs. Each pack contains enough caps and seals for five tape ends, so you can keep a few spare for future cuts. They fit the 4x8mm Side Bend profile only, so check your tape version before ordering. Fitting is straightforward with the parts pushed onto the cut end and sealed to hold the rating.
