Description

This Lyria ceiling rose is the anchor for a cluster of pendants: a round black disc 22cm across and 4.5cm deep that sits flat against the ceiling and gathers up to seven of the range's LED pendant suspension sets through one small central opening. Its LED driver is built into the rose itself, so one rose powers the whole cluster. Please note exactly what arrives in the box: the rose alone. The pendant suspension sets and the glass shades are sold separately, and so is the range's dimmable LED driver, so plan the complete light before you order.

A seven-pendant rose suits the places where a single hanging light falls short: over a long dining table, in a hallway with a high ceiling or above a stairwell, where a group of glass shades fills the space with light from several points at once. Because every pendant in the cluster shares one rose, the ceiling carries a single neat disc rather than a scatter of separate fittings, which keeps a plastered ceiling tidy and spares you lining up several roses. The black finish reads as a crisp, dark circle against a pale ceiling and sits comfortably alongside black ironwork, dark wood or other black fittings in the room. With only one small opening on its underside, the face of the rose stays plain and uncluttered.

The rose runs on mains power at 220 to 240 volts AC, and as supplied its built-in driver gives simple on-and-off switching. For dimming, add the range's dimmable LED driver, which is sold separately. It weighs 0.95KG, before any pendants are added. The rose takes up to seven pendant suspension sets, so count the sets your cluster needs before you order. As a mains product, it is installed by a qualified electrician.

Frequently Asked

How many pendants can this ceiling rose take?

It takes up to seven of the range's LED pendant suspension sets, which gather through one small central opening in the rose.

Are the pendants and glass shades included?

No. The rose comes on its own; the pendant suspension sets and the glass shades are each sold separately, so add them to complete the light.

Can the Lyria ceiling rose be dimmed?

As supplied, its built-in driver gives simple on-and-off switching. For dimming, add the range's dimmable LED driver, which is sold separately.

How big is the ceiling rose?

It measures 22cm across and 4.5cm deep, and it weighs 0.95KG before any pendants are added.

Does it need a separate LED driver to work?

No separate driver is needed for on-and-off use, because the LED driver is built into the rose itself. Only dimming calls for the range's dimmable driver.

What finish is the rose?

The rose is finished in black, a crisp, dark disc that sits neatly against a pale ceiling and pairs well with other black fittings.
