Luxeon Wide LED Linear Track Light 26W 3000K 1-10V Dimmable - White

The Luxeon Wide is a 1120mm linear track light with an integrated 26W LED module running the full length of the aluminium housing. The fitting sits 25mm high with a 22mm projection from the track rail, creating a low-profile light bar that delivers 3000K warm white light across retail displays, gallery walls, kitchen worktops and commercial corridors. The LED is dimmable via 1-10V control, allowing output to be reduced from full brightness down to 10% depending on the time of day or task requirements.

Designed for single-circuit track systems, the Luxeon Wide clips onto standard Ideal Lux track rails and can be positioned anywhere along the rail length, then rotated to direct the light beam left or right. The wide beam angle covers horizontal surfaces without needing multiple separate spotlights, making it suited to lighting retail shelving runs, museum display cases, kitchen islands and office desks where continuous illumination is needed rather than individual accent spots. The white powder-coated aluminium housing stays cool to the touch during operation and resists discolouration under continuous use.

The 1120mm length provides coverage equivalent to three or four separate track spots while using a single connection point on the rail. The integrated LED eliminates bulb replacement and provides a consistent colour temperature across the entire fitting, avoiding the tonal mismatches that can occur when multiple bulbs age at different rates. The IP20 rating makes this suitable for dry interior locations, and the fitting carries a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux covering the LED module and driver electronics.

What track system does it fit?

The Luxeon Wide fits Ideal Lux single-circuit track rails. It clips onto the rail and can be positioned anywhere along the track length, then rotated to direct the beam. It is not compatible with three-circuit track systems or non-Ideal Lux track brands without an adapter.

How is the 1-10V dimming controlled?

The fitting requires a separate 1-10V dimmer control connected to the track circuit. This is not a phase-cut trailing-edge dimmer — it uses a low-voltage signal to control the LED driver. The dimmer must be specified as 1-10V compatible and installed by a qualified electrician.

Can multiple Luxeon Wide fittings be dimmed together?

Yes. Multiple Luxeon Wide fittings on the same track circuit will all respond to the same 1-10V dimmer signal, allowing them to be dimmed in unison. Each fitting draws 26W at full output, so total circuit load must be calculated when planning the installation.

What beam angle does it provide?

The 'wide' designation indicates a broader beam spread than Ideal Lux's narrow-beam track spots. The exact beam angle is not listed in the specification table, but the fitting is designed for general coverage of horizontal surfaces rather than tight accent lighting.
