Each of the five G9 bulbs (sold separately) sits inside a hand-formed glass shade with an irregular, organic profile that mixes clear and frosted surfaces.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Lux provides five independent light sources distributed across a wide horizontal plane rather than a single central drop. The 1500mm maximum drop is adjustable down to 200mm on installation, allowing the fitting to be set closer to the ceiling in rooms with lower heights or raised higher for dramatic effect over a long table. The polished chrome finish reflects surrounding colours and light back into the room, amplifying the effect of the bulbs.

Each glass shade shows slight variation in form due to the hand-sculpting process, so the five shades within a single fitting are similar but not identical. The combination of clear and frosted glass creates multiple lighting effects simultaneously, direct light from the clear sections, diffused glow from the frosted areas, and sparkle from the internal carved surfaces. The chrome loops themselves act as secondary reflectors, bouncing light between the five sources and creating movement across the ceiling plane as the viewer moves around the room.

Is the Lux dimmable?
