Description

The Lusterra is a 500mm diameter pendant light with a white sandblasted glass dome, suspended from a chromed metal canopy on a 2000mm adjustable cable. The glass features silkscreened decorative patterns on the inner surface, visible when the lamp is lit, while the sandblasted outer surface diffuses light evenly without harsh glare. A single E27 bulb sits within the dome (sold separately).

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and living room positions where overhead light needs to cover a 1.5-2m radius, the Lusterra works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The 2000mm cable can be shortened during installation to hang the pendant 700-800mm above a dining surface or 600-900mm above a kitchen worktop. The chromed metal hooks and canopy pair comfortably with both contemporary and mid-century interiors.

The sandblasted glass finish gives the dome a soft, frosted appearance under daylight and a warm glow when lit. The inner silkscreened pattern creates shadow detail on the underside of the dome without obstructing light output. The 500mm diameter makes the Lusterra substantial enough to anchor a dining position or island bench without overwhelming rooms under 16m². The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor areas only.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating limits the Lusterra to dry indoor areas only. For bathrooms, kitchens with splash zones, or outdoor use, an IP44 or higher rated fitting is required.
