Lunaro 1 Light Travertine Pendant Light - Walnut & Light Beige

The Lunaro is a compact single pendant light combining a walnut-finished wooden upper section with a cylindrical travertine stone shade in light beige. The pendant measures 120mm in diameter and 180mm in height, suspended on a slender brown fabric-covered cable from a small black ceiling fitting. A single E27 lamp socket sits within the travertine cylinder, directing light downward through the open base.

Designed for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, bedside positions and stairwell corners, the Lunaro suits installations where a small-scale pendant is needed without dominating the space. Multiple units can be hung in a row above a longer kitchen island or dining counter, set at varying heights for a clustered arrangement. The cable length is adjustable on installation, allowing the pendant to be set at the correct drop for the ceiling height and worktop position.

Each travertine shade shows the natural mineral pitting and pore structure that characterises the stone, so the speckling pattern varies between individual pieces. The matte finish on the travertine keeps reflections low and lets the texture of the stone read clearly when lit. The walnut top section is finished smoothly to contrast with the rougher stone surface below, and the warm brown grain pairs cleanly with the beige tones in the travertine.

Light exits through the open base of the cylinder, creating a focused pool of illumination on the surface beneath. The recessed interior of the stone catches some of the light along its lower edge, producing a soft halo around the underside of the shade. This downward distribution suits task positions over a worktop or table rather than ambient lighting for a whole room.

What bulb does the Lunaro take?

The pendant uses a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K works well for task positions over kitchen islands, dining tables and bedside surfaces.

Can multiple Lunaro pendants be hung together?

Yes. The compact 120mm diameter makes the Lunaro well suited to multi-pendant arrangements above kitchen islands or breakfast bars. Each unit comes with its own ceiling fitting, so installations of two, three or more pendants are straightforward to plan with your electrician.

Does the travertine vary between pieces?

Yes. Travertine is a natural stone with characteristic surface pitting and mineral speckling. The pattern, depth of pores and exact tone vary between individual shades, so each Lunaro pendant will look slightly different. This is a feature of the natural material.

How is the travertine cleaned?

Travertine is porous and benefits from gentle care. Wipe the shade with a dry, soft microfibre cloth to remove dust. For marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid household sprays, acidic cleaners and polishes, which can stain or etch the stone surface.
